Best experience ever
I am a coward when it comes to my teeth, I am embarrassed to say it has been six years since I have seen a dentist, last night I had an emergency and on a walk in visit fifteen minutes before closing, the staff at Just For Grins were able to get a temporary crown in, and my permanent is on order. Best place for the entire family!
The entire staff is wonderful and accommodating. I was in with my two children for a cleaning and they made sure to get us all taken care of in a timely manner and kept me informed on the status of both kids while I was in with my cleaning. This was the best and most informative dental experience I've had. They explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Great, patient-and-kid-friendly family dentistry practice!
From the first phone call and tour with the administrative staff, Just for Grins Family Dentistry made a great impression. The staff was friendly, answered all our questions, gave helpful information, and very professional. What I really appreciate is that they gave me full-disclosure, and respected my right and intelligence as a patient and individual to make my own health care decisions. I felt they gave me good & full information, but never pressured me into any decision. Our hygenist, Rebel, was awesome with our kids! She took her time, showing them every appliance/tool in the room, letting them see/touch/ask questions, before she ever went anywhere near their mouths. She also told them exactly what she was going to do before she did anything, answered any questions they had, and made them feel really comfortable. Rebel even made my 5yr old son, who's EXTREMELY wary of new experiences, comfortable enough that he allowed her to polish his teeth!!! I was amazed! And, she used our family's own flouride-free toothpaste for the polishing, which was so respectful. Rebel was also great for my husband's and my appts. Dr. Kristen also had a great bedside manner, gave the kids fun "glove balloon people" the kids loved, and took time to answer all our questions. Winning Team!
After not changing dentists for 15 years we made a smooth transition! The Staff make you feel welcome from the first phone call. The Hygenists are gentle and very positive! You don't feel like you will get scolded, they actually care and encourage you to better habits. The Dr's and Assistants are always pleasant and explain your specific plan in detail. You know ahead of time what everything will cost and what your insurance will pay-so there are no surprises. The choice of nitrous oxide also helps to calm those of us who are nervous. My family recently moved to the area and we struggled to find a dentist that was more concerned with patient care than the bottom line. Great Service

My new family Dentist
Just for grins is a friendly, professional dentist office that I now call my "home." From the time I walked in to the beautifully decorated waiting room and was greeted by the office personel, to the time I sat in the dental chair to be examined, I felt comfortable, valued, and very well taken care of. I absolutely dread going to the dentist but after my last appointment at this office I am at much more ease and fully trust the dentist and their staff. Great place, highly recommended!! Finally, a Dentist Office for the ENTIRE Family
The team at Just for Grins is very professional, but extremely nice. Everything is explained. No surprises! Very clean facility with all the latest equipment. Insurance is explained where you actually understand it! Other dental offices could learn a thing or two from this team! Thank you for cleaning all of our teeth! I brought my sixteen year old special needs stepson into Just For Grins for his first appointment in at least one year. Beginning with my phone call to schedule our appointment, Rachel went out of her way to help me with paperwork, etc. Upon arrival for our appointment, Rachel and Laura could not have been more patient, kind and knowledgable of the treatment required.
